I'm not going to stop shopping @ Amazon simply because of a patent
dispute.  They've got a great selection, good affiliate programs, and
I've got all of my info (address, credit card, etc) firmly in their
databases, making it easy to order what I need.  Plus, their customer
service is tons better than Barnes&Noble, Fatbrain.com, or any of
the other online booksellers I've dealt with.

Plus, I can look at my amazon.com order history, see order
number 5968-1103890-844773, made on February 9th, 1998, pull
that up, and go "awwww.. that was when I ordered two books about
the Titanic as a gift for Amy when I met her in person for the
first time.." - Amy is now my fiancee'. 8-)

You dont have to order things from the wish-list *from* Amazon, you
know.. Look at the list, then go order it from another online bookseller
(after emailing me for an address, of course..) 8-)
