I really appreciate your replying to my email about Name Server.

It is ture that dns12.register.com is the server, but it is the name to IP
server. because

> ns.kingwebs.com
Name:    kingwebs.com
Address:  209.126.145.162
Aliases:  ns.kingwebs.com

It shows that IP for ns.kingwebs.com is 209.126.145.162. But if I check
name for IP: 209.126.145.162, it shows that

> 209.126.145.162
Server:  dns2.scripps.edu
Address:  137.131.200.10

*** dns2.scripps.edu can't find 209.126.145.162: Non-existent domain

But if I check name for IP: 209.126.145.161<---- instand of 162, it shows
that

> 209.126.145.161
Server:  dns2.scripps.edu
Address:  137.131.200.10

Name:    ns.kingwebs.com
Address:  209.126.145.161


My question is who is the server to transfer IP 209.126.145.161 to
ns.kingwebs.com?
