[Sunhelp] THIS SUCKS!!!

I spent 3 days working on my Sparc Station IPC(4/40) and It worked great...
                        
  till I wen't into prom and typed "setenv use-nvramrc? true" then reset.

  when it reset the monitor didn't have any picture and I haven't gotten the monitor pic back.
  
  I om the monitor and checked the fuse. the monitor is fine

  I tried Stop-A,Stop-D,Stop-F,Stop-N... with no change.

  is there anyway I can reset the prom to default, without using the keyboard.Or without unpluging the chip.

  like a jumper I can jump, and turn on the power, or a special dance I can do...
