[Sunhelp] Creating a CD with solaris software on it.

Just burn the CD with the ISO9660 filesystem, with RockRidge extensions, if
available.  Those should be options in your CD writing program.  I don't
know what Solaris does wil Joliet (M$ Windows) CDs.
