[Sunhelp] a vent about sun service

Here's my horror story. Our Director's desktop breaks down, we need to
replace the motherboard. Place the call to Sun, they send their local tech
support over to look at the machine. After (what felt like) 2 hours, he
finally figures out how to open the pizza box. First words out of his mouth?
"Wow! Is that the CPU?"
At that point, I went home for the day.
