[Sunhelp] disk error messages

Hi

We have started to get the following message appear in /var/adm/messages.  I
have identified the disk it relates to - it contains /, /usr, /var.

Is this problem fixable with any of the Solaris utilities such as format,
analyze or repair ?  If not how can I move the root file-systems onto
another internal disk.
