i have been subscribed to sunhelp for several weeks now and have submitted as many emails, if not more. however, i've never gotten a response from anyone on any of my questions. is there some policy or etiquette guides that i'm not following? or, am i just asking the proverbial "dumb question(s)"? thanks for any help with this!
