[Sunhelp] Guru needed! Sparc20 died after move.

Hello again,
after turning the diag-switch to true it was
even to me clear that one cpu has problems.
After taking only that CPU out the POST runs
through flawless, but the booting from disk
or cdrom keeps hanging anyway. Any ideas?
(I used boot -r disk)
