Centrix International sells Symbios 8751SP cards for $59/ea:

They work very well.  The SYM22801/22802 cards are useful if you need 2
SCSI chains per slot.

Installing a disk internally can be done, but external enclosures are
cheap and the cooling will almost certainly be better.

CSC (http://www.corpsys.com/) is having a good deal on 47GB UW SCSI disks,
only $695 including an external enclosure.
