[Sunhelp] Solaris 2.7 and patches won't boot (fwd)

Try to boot in single-user mode (ok> boot -s). If you can do this, check 
your /etc/vfstab file.

If you have a separate file system for /var, check the permissions on the 
/var directory ( you must have read, write and execute for owner root ) and 
try to mount this file system.

Then check permissions on /var/adm.
