I want to iplement some script that can change/add/remove passwords fror

/etc/password /etc/shadow in all of my network
servers with out the need to manualy login to each server and do it my
self.
( i dont what to use NIS or NIS+) . is there any well writing
script/program that do this ?
or do you have any Idea what is the best way of doing it ?
