[Sunhelp] Install error message

Hi, 
C/C++ compiler does not come bundled with Solaris. It comes in a seperate cd
but you still need to apply for license to use it. If you are just looking for
GNU utilities, just download the binary copies from sunfreeware.com, then use
pkgadd to run.
