[Sunhelp] hosed up root login... HELP!

Hi,
There shouldn't be a problem to boot the system via ok boot cdrom -s and
change the /etc/passwd fields. Make sure once booted in single user mode,
mount the root partition on /a . Probably someone is trying to work on the
cdrom image.
Then work on /a/etc/passwd. You may have to set a the environment to perform
vi, ie,
# TERM=vt100;export TERM
# EDITOR=vi;export EDITOR
This should work.
