they reside in their own home... "sparcv9" directories.

/usr/bin/sparcv9 (a few 64bit utils)

/usr/lib/sparcv9 (64bit versions of libraries)

/kernel/{drv|exec|fs|misc|sched|strmod|sys}/sparcv9 (64bit kernel drivers)


find / -type d -name sparcv9

will give you a complete listing.
