[Sunhelp] Sendmail

My guess is MX.  Is the mx for the domain the person is on set up?

Maybe /etc/mail/access also now that I think about it, although I'm not sure
if Solaris is dependant upon that file to get mail operational by default
(been a little while since I've done a fresh install).
