[SunHELP] Acct error

Hello,

One of my solaris2.6 server reports the following message every day:

Dec 21 02:30:03 HOSTNAME adm: ************ ACCT ERRORS : see
/var/adm/acct/nite/active1221********
------------

I don't know why it comes. If I close the accounting, this error will
disappear. But I really want to know why. Anybody can give me an
explanation.
