[SunHELP] SU-LOGIN PROBLEM

Hai

   This is ravi system admin.I have a problem in my ultra 10
server(2,6).From user side anybody can login as user(like
oracle,apache..individual user name).but nobody can able to get "su"rights
The error says """su:Invalid GID"""".

            I can try most of the method.../etc/passwd,group
,/etc/default/login,su....etc.
Please give me a solution....

  I can able to ftp it and able to login as root....The only thing is i
can,t able to get ""su""
rights..
