[Sunhelp] RAID and other Disk questions

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as far 
as a RAID 5 Solaris How-To or even some advice/words of wisdom on 
setting it up. I'm also looking for any tools (native to the OS, not 
third party) to help me diagnose disk problems, particularly seeing how 
much I/O activity a particular disk has. Any help much appreciated.
