[Sunhelp] tweaking TCP stack parameters under Solaris?

Not sure exactly what those settings are but the preceding are the best 
documents I have seen if you don't have Adrian Cockroft's books. 
Maybe someday they will let me buy them, Or I'll win the lottery....
