Add to this:
The U30 has a 66MHz, 64-bit PCI slot (in fact it was the first commodity
machine to have one).
The U30 uses 200-pin SS20 style DIMMs instead of the 168-pin JEDEC DIMMs
of the U5.
The U30 case and cable layout is an order of magnitude better than the
U10.
