[Sunhelp] ultra 30 vs. ultra 10

Okay, if you had a choice between:

Ultra 30, 300mhz, 384mb, C3D, 4gig (all-scsi)

and 

Ultra 10, 300mhz, 384mb, PGX8, C2D, 4gig (all-scsi)

Which would you choose?  and why?

I've got an angle on some U30s for just over $1k in the
config above, and am thinking of possibly trying to sell
this U10 for that much, if changing systems is worth it.
