[Sunhelp] SUMMARY SUMMARY:no .cshrc ..login in user home

Hi,

Well the question that i had regarding user .cshrc... files, came up when 
the other system's
user creation result was different. I found out that the other system was 
using an actual homemade
script other than the generic system useradd utility and that is why it 
behaves diffrently.
Well, sometimes I learn the things the hard way.
