[Sunhelp] no .chsrc..login files in user home

You got it later in your e-mail.  You go to etc/skel and cp the local.cshrc 
and local.login to the respective user accounts naming the file .cshrc and 
.login.  from there you can modify and configure them to your hearts desire 
with aliases', Path variables, and such.
