[Sunhelp] Ultra 10 - Red State Exception

Hi,
Just got an Ultra 10 with the 333mhz proc from work to use, however, I
cannot get it to
boot. No output to video, however, when I hook a console to com A I get
this ::

the Red State Exception error continues to repeat.
At one point I got an 'ok' prompt, but whenever I attempted to enter a
command, it returned 'Fast Data Access MMU Miss'
Am i SOL?
