[Sunhelp] Quality of parts used by Sun

It seems that you were more lucky with Seagate than me; the only drives that 
I had problems with were mainly Seagate and Seagate-Conner - including also 
SUN drives produced by Seagate - and I installed over a thousand hard disks 
in the past five years. The worst models seems to be the Medalist/Pro, with 
a rate of up to 15% failures in one year.

When I saw the Medalist model in the Ultra-5, I was really disappointed.
