[Sunhelp] OS Install

When I try to start up my Sparc Box, I get the following error message, I am
logged onto it via hyperterminal.

Any ideas what does it mean and what I can do to install the OS on this
machine.
Also, I have another HDD which already has an OS installation on it,  but I
want to clean out that disk and reinstall OS, any commands like format? avbl
from the ok prompt?
