Usually in a NT FTPD, you have to create mappings to other drives ie. map d:
as /software or something
so on a unix client you would just do cd software and all works well. Your
best bet is to check the manual
for the FTPD almost all of them will tell you how to map out other folders
/ drives.
If you are trying to change the home folder for a user in NT, you can do it
1 of 2 ways... either specify in the FTPD
or else in user manager there is a home folder option for each user... just
specify d:\ or whatever.
if you are doing this on solaris... just type man ftpd :P
