Try the yellow pages. Look under metal fabricators. If you already have an
ear that they can copy from it'll lower your costs. We put together 70+ custom
designed systems in 2 meter cabinets. We got lengths of "L" shaped aluminum
from Home Depot. We cut and drilled them to fit and burnished the edges. The
customer like them better than the ones from the cabinet manufacturer. The
aluminum was strong enough to hold 90lb HP systems but soft enough to cut with
a compound miter saw (lubricate the blade with wax).
