[Sunhelp] Looking for 19" to 23" rack adapters

I've searched high and low, and cant find anyone who commercially sells
these, although I know there *has* to be someone out there.

What I need are simple "rack ears/extensions" (if you want to call them
that) that enable you to rackmount 19" equipment in a 23" rack.  The only
ones I've seen before were custom-made, but surely they're a commercial
product SOMEWHERE - I've got an urgent need for enough to mount about
two racks full of equipment.

If anyone has suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.
