[Sunhelp] URGENT: Need 530-2357-01 (Sun 13W3F to HD15M adapter)

I need one of these as quick as humanly possible - Sun PN (at least off the
one I have right now) 530-2357-01.  About six inches long, with a 13W3F on
one end with a HD15M on the other, with normal monitor cord in the middle.
Lets you plug a monitor such as a GDM20E20 into a normal HD15 video-out from
an Ultra5 or a PC...
