[Sunhelp] Apache w/static mod_perl / PHP3?

Anybody here gotten Apache to compile with statically linked
mod_perl and mod_php?  I can get EITHER mod_perl OR mod_php to
install/compile with the server just fine, but not BOTH - there are
no clear instructions on how to do it.  If you can lend assistance,
please let me know.
