[Sunhelp] Help - Disable "Stop A"

There is an option you can enable in /etc/default/kbd which disables Stop-A
on Solaris 2.6 upwards. Otherwise there's an unsupported hack for the
others.

Change the default line to KEYBOARD_ABORT=disable. (man kbd for more info)

This is not advised for servers - especially those using a terminal server
port as there is no way to remotely enter the PROM in emergencies with the
abort sequence disabled - equivalent to the key "lock" position on
enterprise
servers.
