[Sunhelp] Anybody compiled NAS with Solaris7?

Well, I don't know what metadevices are so that doesn't help me.  :)
Anybody have some documentation on the undocumented option for mkfs?  I'd
like to learn what I can about it, and perhaps see what it can do (since
re-installing my OS isn't a big deal).  Thanks,
