[Sunhelp] ?: Sun HW and SW solution for backup

Dear experts,

IHAC that he got the critical problem in his server. So, he's fully aware of the 
importance of the backup and is going to buy the backup solution with big 
volume. He wants to configure the full backup solution of all servers on network 
automatically. He has the heterogeneous computing environment with UNIX and NT 
servers. 

Then, he asked to make some guidance of all Sun software and hardware for this 
configuration. Could you let me know the sales order configuration exactly?
Or, Where can I get this information?
