[Sunhelp] ?: 250M9-100-W999(Supplement CD)

Hi,

On configuration guide book, I found that 250M9-100-W999(Supplement CD) should 
be required for order of E250.
But, there wasn't 250M9-100-W999 on any sample configuration.

Is it really required? 
Also, what's the contents of it?
