[Sunhelp] Connection Refused

Is it possible that security issues restrict user access to a single
connection at a time and the network needs a few seconds to close the
previous transaction?
In the mean time could the user create a single archive of the files and
move them all at once?

Subject: [Sunhelp] Connection Refused
Hi,
I'm faced to a strange problem for remote copy between a PC running
NT 4.0 server and a Solaris Workstation running 2.7
The user on the PC wants to make an rcp. On a DOS command line he types:
rcp hostame.username:/path_of_file/file .
This works fine and it's quick.
BUt (BUT) if he resend the same commands immediatly he gets :
Connection Refused !!!
He waits a few seconds, than resend the command and this time it's works
!!!
Because he has a lot of transfers to do , he has written a small script:
rcp hostame.username:/path_of_file/file1 .
sleep 5
rcp hostame.username:/path_of_file/file2 .
sleep 5
and so on ....
Any idea !
Thanks
