Double or single quotes don't make any difference; 0 or 00
doesn't make any difference. Did you test your suggestion?
I recalled a similar error caused by having a null or empty
line in the crontab file. Before popping off, however, I
tested my vague recollection by putting an empty line in
my crontab, and got the same error.
I suggest then, that you see if you have any empty lines
in the file and remove them. Perhaps that is the cause of
the error message you're getting
