[Sunhelp] nis client

Hi admins,

need your help :

when I configure my one of sun machien(solaris 2.7) as a client with
the following command, it simply comes out, I doubt there is something
wrong, so please give me your views on it ..


# domainname abc.com 
# ypinit -c
(after running this command, simply comes out, does it create any file
directory etc...?)

is there any type of editing required with the /etc/nsswitch.conf file
and what will be the format of this. Please do write in detail.

Any troubleshooting tips will be appriciated.
