Julio,

The message is fairly generic and meand that one of the SCSI devices is
failing.  This failure could be due to termination, termination power,
cabling or the device itself.  I've also seen this problem with a device
that has firmware problems.

If the problem is re-occuring often, and was not occuring before you made
changes to the SCSI chain, then, I'd suspect a bad drive (cdrom or disk)
or a cable that is loose.
