[Sunhelp] Dial up connection

Hello,

I am trying to setup a dial - up connection to a Sun E450 running Solaris
2.6.

I am calling form a laptop running Windows 98 and receiving a message
stating that the machine I am calling is not responding to network requests
please check the server types in the dial up connection properties.

Please point me in the right direction for setup on the client as well as
the host
