[Sunhelp] Can I use a typy 4 mouse with a type 5 keyboard?

Or are the electronics different?  My type 5 mouse takes 2-3 seconds to
"wake up" after I boot the machine, or when I want to bring it out of
"screen saver", so I was hoping that the type 4 would be more responsive,
but I hate the feel of the type 4 keyboard.
