[Sunhelp] SS5/SS10/SS20 OpenBoot PROM

I've got about 20 systems with various configs & OBPROM versions.  I've been
thinking of upgrading all of them to the latest OBPROM versions.  My
question is: are the OBPROM chips/versions interchangeable in these systems?
Or will I have to do an inventory and get different chips/versions for the
different SS5/SS10/SS20 systems?
