At a shell prompt, try "/usr/sbin/psrinfo -v":

rigel:/home/users/james% /usr/sbin/psrinfo -v
Status of processor 0 as of: 08/01/99 03:30:06
  Processor has been on-line since 07/31/99 05:24:20.
The sparcv9 processor operates at 480 MHz,
and has a sparcv9 floating point processor.

or at the "ok" prompt, try "module-info" (for SS10/20/600) or ".speed"
(most of the rest).
