I emailed Tadpole support (support at tadpole.com) about ftp access.  Their 
reply was:

"Our ftp site is currently under construction. Access will be restored 
in the future.  If there is something that you need, please let me know 
and I will try to make it available for you."

So I suppose that we should wait.
