[SPARCbook] dual-external cooling fan rack for 3GX

I never saw a PS/2 port on my 3GX... ( sorry, couldn't resist )
Where's the point in such an arrangement ? Almost any halfway decent OS 
that works on the SPARCbook now supports power management in some way, 
mine stays quite cool most of the time.
