Now that's not what I expected - we have switched servers here recently,
and it looks like I need to re-upload my pages (I thought they had been
moved over for me).  Thanks for noticing !

is very flattering, but not exactly right - Hugo van der Kooij is the man
to thank for the FAQ (I've suggested a couple of small additions), and
apart from asking a few people about it, I didn't release the PDF.  I just
tend to point people towards the FAQ and the manual :)
