I have a sparcbook 3000XT and it does have 256MB of RAM I also have a
Sparcbook 3TX and it has 128MB factory upgradable to 256MB for a lot of
money. Both have a Sparc 170 Mhz chip so they are comparable with a Sparc 5
with 170 Mhz. So the Sparcstation % may be a better alternative. Hope that
