[SPARCbook] The FAQ has moved.

Hi,

I brought my homepage home and the FAQ has moved along with it. The URL
now is:  http://hvdkooij.xs4all.nl/SparcBook-FAQ/sparcbook-faq.html

The FAQ itself still needs to be adjusted. The old location will be around
propably untill the end of march.

Please update the URL's in your pages if you refer to the FAQ in them.
