[SPARCbook] 'nother sparcbook hardware question

I am hopefully going to be taking ownership of a Tadpole P1000G laptop
(pentium 100Mhz/32MB/1.2GB) with a nice bright LCD display.

I have a few splotches on my sparcbook display and wondering if these can
just be switched out.  It looks like the same kind of case, but with a
different logo on the laptop.

Has anyone tried this?
