[SPARCbook] sparcbook 3000Xt memory

We have a sparcbook 3000XT that has 2 ea 128 mb Sims. One is not recognized
and I assume is bad. These are the special
3.3v piggy back Sims and are a real mess to remove and replace. 
The question is: Where can we get a replacement sum that we can afford or
should I allow the sparcbook to limp along on 128 mb. It is a 170 mhz, 5 gb
eide, WAS 256 mb.
